1. QC Specialist (Hydraulic pump & Transmission)
Conduct quality assessment to PTP and or OEM specification standards. Provide a safe, reliable and effective production in component rebuild and liaise with superintendent / supervisor for any possible improvement / solutions.
- Strong understanding of quality control standard and testing techniques for Hydraulic pump & Transmission.
- Understanding of component rebuilds requirements and production target.
- Ability to review condition of component core, detail measurment result and disassembly/asssembly instructions to understand spesifications of output.
- Ability to evaluates technical and economic factors, recommending re-usable part/salvage guidance and manufacturing actions for attainment of component function by applying knowledge of quality control science and related technologies.
- Previous experiences in field of work, with a minimum of 5 years in a QC and component rebuild or Remanufacturing.
- Qualifications and supporting. certificates in field of trade / required duties.
- Basic understanding in English.
- Preferably holding bachelor degree in engineering.
2. QA OFFICER
Responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance required for distribution and the market.
- Strong safety awareness all time and adheres to Petrosea guidelines and regulations. Lead by good example in this area show high standards of commitment to safety and surrounding enviroment. Always use all correct PPE and LOTO procedures.
- Feedback technical analyzed from the customers.
- Suggestion and make the decision if any problem/product issued, under monitoring technical service supervisor.
- Review technical analyzed CAR (component analysis report), FAR (failure analysis report).
- Assist technical data and quality policies with quality control to ensure the standard has been doing.
